Post-sweat sesh snacks

I'm a snacker. I'd rather eat small meals a few times a day then three large meals. 

I also tend to workout right when I wake up or right after work, before breakfast or before dinner. When I finish my workout, I'm normally a bit hungry, but I want to stay on track + eat healthy. Sometimes it's hard to carry around fresh fruit all the time, so when I found these Lara bars., I was instantly relieved. I tend to go for the apple pie or peanut butter chocolate chip flavors. 

I also love juicing. I don't drink soda, coffee, milk, etc. so I tend to just stick with water (+ wine). Juicing allows me to full my body with nutrients, get my fruit + veggies servings, and hydrate with a little more flair than my Dasani. I love water don't get me wrong, but juicing has a ton of benefits and they taste good! I've only done a 1-day juice cleanse, but I normally use a juice as a snack after workouts. 

Other favorite snacks are smoothies with added kale or spinach, energy bites, and bananas with peanut butter.
